Glycolic acid has the smallest molecules of all alpha hydroxy acids, making it a highly functional ingredient. Salix Alba (Willow) Bark Extract is a natural salicylic acid (BHA). It can visibly soothe the appearance of temporary redness and accelerate the skin's exfoliation process to remove old skin cells. BHA is an oil soluble, compared to Alpha Hydroxy Acid, which is a water soluble acid.
