These eyebrow pencils fill and emphasize the eyebrows in a natural-looking way. They are incredibly easy to use, provide good pigment and blend easily into your own eyebrow hairs. They are enriched with hibiscus and safflower oils to revitalize hair and promote full and healthy-looking eyebrows. You also have a spoolie to comb your hair with and it also comes with a sharpener so that you always have a sharpened point at hand.
